The Client’s Request
Two  Rivers Media through the director of the project, David Whitney reached out to us to produce segments of the DOGS OF WAR documentary. Based on conversation with them, we established Ghana as the best country to film the portrayals of Togo, and Angola in the 70s and 80s. The request scope covered Casting, Production Design, Securing locations, Gear, props, logistics, assembly and management of a competent crew.

Our Approach
Our work was heavily dependent on extensive research into the historical facts of the required periods; alignment with the look of the period and subsequently searching for location, props and costumes that accurately portrayed the vision. Management of the production was properly documented to align with international accounting, release (talent, location, IP)  and sustainability  conventions.

The Result
Our contribution to this project added character and authenticity to the narrative whiles creating employment opportunities for film practitioners in Ghana. We also received a high green rating for the production as a result of our sustainable and climate conscious decision throughout the production.
