OUR WORK APPROACH

RESEARCH / BRIEF BREAKDOWN
We thoroughly analyse client briefs and research all relevant information, including strategy, locations, languages, and cultural norms. These insights form the foundation for scriptwriting.

STORY & SCRIPT DEVELOPMENT
Using research insights, we build a compelling story structure targeting specific audiences. A SEE/HEAR script is created, detailing visuals, audio, and graphics, storyboards, and finalised with client approval.

PRODUCTION PLANNING
We meticulously plan logistics, travel, health & safety, accommodation, and required documentation (permits, releases, etc.) to ensure smooth execution.

PRODUCTION SCHEDULE
Schedules guide our workflow, optimize production days, and include buffer time to manage unforeseen delays effectively.

SHOOT DAYS
These cover all filming activities: interviews, b-roll, sound, drone footage, and photographs. We also collect relevant archival content from the client ( where neccesary) .

POST PRODUCTION
Editing refines the story using selected footage and b-roll. We add voiceover, licensed/ original music, client-approved graphics, and subtitles, guided by the final script.

DRAFT CUT REVIEW
A time-coded draft is shared with the client for feedback, which is implemented in the next edit for final approval.

FINISHING
Post-approval, we finalize translations, subtitles, colour grading, and deliver all files in the agreed formats.

DATA PROTECTION
Our data protection Policy is strict and elaborate to ensure that our work and clients investment is protected.We invest heavily in Multiple data storage devices and ensure that data is stored in duplicates. We also utilise Cloud services to store as much as we can to ensure that there are no issues of data loss.

ETHICAL CONSIDERATIONS
The filming process requires interaction with people from several backgrounds; social, religious, economic, ethnic. We ensure that all people are treated equally and with respect and consideration. We ensure we are aware of any cultural or social norms in every location we film at to ensure that there aren’t any incidents that may jeopardise the production.

INSURANCE
Film production can be challenging and we always ensure high levels of safety on whiles filming. But it is not always enough. To ensure that personnel working on projects are adequately compensated, we take out insurance ( Workmans compensation ) for all members of our crew during the period of production to ensure they are catered for in the event of any accidents

RELEASES
Our production process ensures that all persons (adults & minors) have explicitly granted us permission to use their image. This is done via our talent release forms. We also ensure that all parties are aware of filming happening via broadcast signage to ensure that we are covered legally. Location release forms are also signed by representatives of the owners of the locations so we have clear signed permission to film in locations.
